Our Philosopy

We are moved by the philosophy of the “Entire Cow”,
from the head to the foot going through the tail
We seek to have respect for the animal-gifts
and we thank them in our banquets.

We believe in the finest 100% biological meat,
this is why we only select grass fed beef.
We opt in favor of small stables clung to tradition,
instead of mass production.

Our selection is based on animals bred in pasture, free range,
with a balanced diet of grass and hay.
Entirely natural products compose this diet
in full compliance with the animal’s growth.

This is the reason why our meats are high in nutritional values,
which is absent in the animals bred in stables.
It whets the appetite and delights our feelings for hours.
